  •        The company started as a distributorship dealing in the importation of fragrance for the disinfectant processing companies, changed its structure to a limited liability company in December 1998 and redirected its focus to disinfectant processing company to take advantage of the opportunities afforded by the government trade liberalization policy.
  •     The new government policy sought to lift all barriers to trade instituted to protect former state-owned enterprises and a few foreign companies from competition, thus offering them the right to monopoly.
  •      The new order created opportunities for more players to participate in a competitive, free market-driven system that depended on performance and the individual companies’ ability to innovate and provide customersatisfying goods and services. J. A. BINEY AND COMPANY LIMITED sees large untapped opportunities in the disinfectant processing business.
